For the unknowing, you might think this is just a mod disabling the end date of the game, but instead it's so much more. To use the profiler, you need to launch the game launcher by click eu4profiling.exe within the game installation folder. This tool is useful for modders that want to measure and diagnose poor performance within their mods.
